Payment due at time of service no guarantee on pet odor or stain removal if carpet is not pulled up, pad replaced, or if pets still reside in the home. A 2.99% of total bill will be applied if credit card is used. Holland Carpet Care reserves the right to deny service to anyone, for any reason. We will not clean sisal, jute , rayon or viscose rugs.
